Rust Inhibiting and Lacquer Resistant Primer is a quick drying, high solids corrosion inhibiting, alkyd primer designed for use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The primer is lead and chromate free and contains no more than 3.5 pounds per gallon of volatile organic compounds as applied.
